UI Design & Content Integration

Created a modern, professional visual system aligned with BEI's brand attributes — clean layouts, strong typography, and structured spacing to convey trust and authority.

Development & Key Features

Built the site using a flexible component-based approach with responsive layouts across all devices.

Reflections

What I Learned

1

Complex value propositions require progressive disclosure

BEI's platform combines education, software, and advisory services into a single offering — which is genuinely difficult to communicate without overwhelming visitors. The solution wasn't to simplify the offering, it was to sequence it.

2

B2B sites succeed when they speak to the evaluator's job, not just their role

BEI's audience — CPAs, attorneys, and financial consultants — weren't coming to the site to learn about exit planning. They were evaluating whether BEI would make them better at their job.

3

Scalable architecture is a gift to future you

Building with a member portal and gated content in mind — even before those features existed — meant the architecture could accommodate them without a rebuild.

4

Design credibility through consistency, not complexity

BEI's audience makes high-stakes professional decisions.
