What I Learned

1

SEO and design are inseparable on a redesign

Fixing critical SEO errors during a visual redesign isn't a separate workstream — it has to be built into the process from day one.

2

Reusable components are the real deliverable

The marketing team's ability to manage the site long-term depended entirely on the component system we built. The design was the visible output, but the component library was the actual value delivered.

3

Training clients is part of the build

Handing off a site without training is an incomplete project. The time invested in walking Eduphoria's team through the CMS and components directly reduced future support overhead and built genuine client confidence.

4

Measurable SEO wins are the strongest case study asset

25K+ impressions in 30 days post-launch is a number anyone can understand. Building in tracking and benchmarking before launch is what makes those results attributable — and that's what turns a project into a portfolio piece.
