What I Learned
A/B testing requires a clear hypothesis upfront
Running homepage experiments without a defined hypothesis just produces noise. On Notarize, framing each test around a specific question — does this CTA copy outperform the default?
Enterprise clients need a reliable partner, not just an executor
Notarize's marketing team needed someone who could move fast and stay aligned with their internal goals. Showing up consistently and communicating proactively was as important as the quality of the builds.
Social proof placement is a UX decision
Where you put a Trustpilot widget matters as much as having one. Embedding it at the right point in the user journey — after the value prop, before the conversion ask — made it a trust signal rather than decoration.
Ongoing partnerships compound in value
Each phase of the Notarize engagement built context that made the next phase faster and better.
